Trinitite, Socorro Co, New-Mexico, USA. Trinitite or Alamogordo glass. It is the vitrification of the ground where the first atomic bomb of Oppenheimer exploded on July 16, 1945. Specimen of 3.69g and 3x2.5x0.8cm, very fresh, collected in the 1950s. The remanent radioactivity is almost null. Photos of both sides
