Native silver, Chanarcillo, Copiapo, Chile. This famous silver mine, which opened and closed in the 19th century, produced some excellent mineralogical specimens. This one, with a handwritten label from the period, is exceptional: a 2x1.5cm silver bush on a carbonaceous matrix, all contained in a 4cm-long glass tube with a diameter of 1.5cm.
